Ben Nelson is a Democrat (someone needed to say it)

After our analysis of the Senate race, we received a number of emails asking about the final Pete Ricketts ad that we referenced. So here is the link.

We think it’s the best one of the (large) bunch that Ricketts put out, so it’s good that he ended on a high note.

We’d note as well, that it essentially paraphrases what we suggested back in June.

It’s a solid message and the truth, for those who can handle it.

Are you kidding me!? Pete Ricketts message has been nothing but "Vote for me, I'm Republican."
He asks us to totally ignore his total lack of vision or experience.

Its clear that you just like Republicans here. But being a Democrat is not a bad thing, and "liberal" is not a dirty word. Liberal thinking is what advances this country.

Ben Nelson has a lot of things going for him in this state. He doesn't go too extreme in one direction or the other, which allows him not to be clouded by partisan vision.

I will be happy to laugh at you heartily when Ricketts gets trounced in todays election.

Well, YOU may not think "liberal" is a dirty word, but say that at the Nelson HQ and you'll get slapped eight ways to next week.

And we already made our predictions for this race. Feel free to present yours.
